3 BHK Apartment

SIZE : 1500 sq.ft

BRIEF FROM CLIENT : The most critical requirement from client was intelligent optimization of available space in the unit. The client Dr. and Mrs. Sagar

STORY BOARD : Like most of our project, the client opted for a 3d design this really helps to visualize and we are super proud that from 3d design to execution we achieve almost 98% accuracy. As you enter the apartment the foyer area is simple, spacious and efficient. On the right wall we have a hand painted tree decor art, on the opposite wall we have created wooden niches to showcase accessories or has mirror in them to given a sense of space and a nice teal colour make this wall bright. The shoe boxes and other storage space are on the right too. As you cross the foyer the dining area is segregated from the rest of the living area by a jaali work boundary. The dining area also has the wooden showcase for artifacts and books which separates it from the entrance giving it a sense of privacy. This are also has the small puja unit which is mounted up on the wall and is fairly simple, we have used part of the jaali to add a bit of design. The Kitchen is simple and functional. The developer had provided the countertop and the storage below so what we did was storage units on top and all around replicating the materials and finish so now the kitchen looks like a unit. The kitchen also houses a cupboard with 3 shutters which only adds to the storage space. In one corner the kitchen also houses the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher making this space majorly utilitarian. Just when you would think of walking out of the Kitchen you will notice a small passage that leads to the Jaccuzi. Originally this was the servantís quarter and had an entrance from outside the apartment. But we converted this into this zen like space to relax. The space outside the Jacuzzi houses their small gym/workout space. The dining area comprises of a showcase unit, here also we have used the jaali which you see in the foyer area. At the back of the unit we have used onyx to give an interesting finish. The living is simple with a TV unit and interesting niches to keep the knick knacks. We have used different layerings in the ceiling to make it look interesting while keeping it very simple as the Sagarís wanted it. The first bedroom which is meant for their parents, as you enter this room you will first notice plshaped wardrobe with a slight curve to match the curve of the wall. This is a laminate and duco wardrobe. The teal and ocre combination is carried across the room, including the padded head board and TV unit. The mirror in the wardrobe has been put on the side to save space. The kids room is one of our best finishes so far and it almost exactly matches the 3D layout. The rounded edges of furniture, the colours (Purple & pink favorites of the daughter)used the design of the study and dressing table, the branch shaped bookshelf above the bed and the fun graphics on the furniture all just add to the finish of this room. In the master bedroom the stand out feature is he walkin wardrobe that we created. This required substantial civil work as we broke down one wall to create the space. The wardrobe leads to the bathroom on the other side. The rest of the room is muted nad classic with some dark wood work. There is a study nook in one corner this was a special requirement of the family. Hope you enjoyed this walk-through!! Have a look at some of our other projects.
